Definitions:

• The Platform: The mobile application of the C&P Coupon and Points Platform.
• Member Customer: An individual registered and participating in the C&P Coupon and Points Platform.
• Commercial Partner: An entity (institution – company – store) participating in the platform that grants points to member customers upon purchase.
• Coupon: A coupon booked by the member customer through the C&P platform and used for purchases at a participating entity.
• Customer Balance: The difference between the total points earned by the customer from commercial partners and the points the customer has redeemed.
• Commercial Partner Coupon Balance: Coupons that a commercial partner can offer after meeting the required conditions.
• Point Granting Rate: The percentage determined by the commercial partner to grant points to the customer upon purchase, calculated based on the invoice value and specific items from the store.

Terms and Conditions:

By logging into or registering on the C&P Coupon and Points Platform as a commercial partner, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions:

• The platform reserves the right to make any changes to the standards of earning and redeeming points, to change the policy of terms and conditions, or to terminate the platform entirely without prior notice. It holds exclusive rights to cancel the subscription of any member or commercial partner or freeze the balance without prior notice, especially in cases where the member or partner loses any eligibility conditions or violates any of the terms and conditions.
• The commercial partner must determine the percentage of points to grant to customers in a way that suits both parties and may update it as deemed appropriate to maximize benefit.
• Customers can check the points they will earn when purchasing from any commercial partner by logging into the platform, selecting the desired partner, and reviewing the point granting rate.
• Customers are not allowed to object to the point granting percentage set by the commercial partner.
• When a member customer books a coupon, the platform will immediately deduct the coupon value from the customer’s points and cash balance based on the coupon's terms.
• Coupons that require scratching before use may only be canceled prior to being scratched. Once scratched, they cannot be canceled or refunded, and neither the used points nor the amount spent to reserve them can be recovered.
• Earned points will be deducted in the event of a return, either from the customer’s points balance or from their cash coupon balance if the points are unavailable.
• The commercial partner has the right to set specific conditions for their coupons. Customers must read and agree to the conditions before booking. The partner has the right to reject any coupon that does not meet the stated conditions.
• If it is proven that the member customer has violated any of the rules, they will forfeit their accumulated points. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate their membership immediately without any legal liability.
• The member customer is required to notify the platform of any changes in their personal information. The platform shall not be held liable for loss of membership or accumulated points due to failure to update personal data.
• In case a commercial partner terminates their partnership with the platform and refuses to allow member customers to use their coupons, the platform reserves the right to cancel the points earned by customers from that partner.
• The platform retains the right to take appropriate action in case of suspicion or detection of fraudulent activities. In such cases, the member customer may be held accountable for any losses incurred by the platform, including litigation costs and damages.
• All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including names, logos, and trademarks, are legally protected.
• The member customer has the right to claim any points not added to their account based on purchases by requesting the commercial partner to authorize those points.
• The platform will make every effort to avoid service interruptions or related issues, but this does not constitute a guarantee that the service or servers will not experience disruptions or downtime. The platform is not liable for any resulting operational errors or consequences.
• Membership remains valid as long as the C&P Coupon and Points Platform is operational, unless canceled in accordance with these terms and conditions.
